Finally Fall
Thursday was the first official day of fall and it’s looking like it in our house. The temperatures should follow tomorrow with highs in the 80s and lows in the 50s all week. It’s become our start of fall tradition to have our LGA book fair so Friday was our fall fun day. I made a breakfast sausage balls and apple cider, we read some new books, painted a wooden pumpkin (Lilli was out sick and got to do hers too), we did Mad Libs for ELA, and then decorated “Book brownies” while we watched a movie. We are having an outdoor movie night party for Hocus Pocus 2 next weekend so these are in the freezer and ready for their friends. That night was the Lee Brice concert. Katie is obsessed with country music and always has it playing. She’s been asking to go to a concert, so I jumped on these tickets when I saw them. We had a good time, but she couldn’t understand why it had to go so late, lol. It started at seven and she was about to fall asleep at 10 so we left about 45...
